Georgetown Municipal Water & Sewer Service (GMWSS) is accepting sealed bids for the sale of surplus vehicles and equipment.

Bid Submission
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“SEALED BID – SURPLUS EQUIPMENT – DO NOT OPEN”
Each bid must include:
- Bidder name
- Contact information
- Item(s) being bid on
- Bid amount
Bids must be delivered to the GMWSS office at 1000 W Main St. Suite 1 Georgetown KY 40324.
Award, Payment & Pickup
- Items will be awarded to the highest responsive and responsible bidder
- Payment is due within three (3) business days of award notification
- Accepted payment: cash or certified funds only
- All items must be removed by June 1 at 10:00 AM
GMWSS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Items not paid for within the required timeframe may be awarded to the next highest bidder. Items not removed by the deadline may be subject to forfeiture and/or additional fees.
