What we are doing

• Testing our pages with accessibility tools and fixing the issues we find
• Adding text descriptions to images so screen readers can describe them
• Letting visitors pause slideshows and other moving content
• Designing pages to work with keyboards, screen readers, and mobile devices
• Updating our documents and forms so assistive technology can read them

Known limitations

• Some older PDF documents and forms may not be fully accessible yet. We are updating them, starting with the forms customers use to request service.
• Some online services are provided by outside vendors, including online bill pay, online forms, and maps. We are working with these vendors to improve accessibility.
